DPCases needs the same requirements as Joomla 4.4 and does run nicely within all the major browsers.

Installation / Upgrade

To install DPCases, you have to download the package and extra extensions you need and upload them through the Joomla installer. After a successful installation, configure the extensions and publish them when needed. More information how to get started with DPCases can be found in the documentation section.

To upgrade DPCases from an earlier version, just install the package or individual extensions with the Joomla installer, DPCases will handle the upgrade procedure by itself. Mostly the update information will appear in the back end and can be installed with the Joomla update manager through one click.

    This is a new version of the DPCases Joomla case management extension. All users are kindly requested to update. Please read the release notes for a complete list of changes in this release.

    The minimum requirement for this version is Joomla 3.3!

    Prerequisites

    DPCases needs the following environment to run successfully:

    • Joomla 3.3 and above
    • MySQL >= 5
    • PHP >= 5.3.10

    Basically DPCases needs the requirements of a Joomla installation.

    Installation

    To install DPCases, you have to download the package and upload it through the Joomla installer. You can also install DPCases through the built in Joomla web installer. After a successful installation configure the component, modules and the plugins and publish them. For more information how to get started with DPCases read our short getting started guide.

    Upgrade

    To upgrade DPCases from an earlier version, just install the package or individual extensions with the Joomla installer, DPCases will handle the upgrade procedure by itself.
