Introduction

The My Tickets menu item shows as list of tickets for the currently logged in user. It works only when the visitor is signed in, otherwise she/he will be redirected to the login page.

If there is a need to show only tickets with a certain state, then there is an option in the menu item to filter for certain states.

Options

The settings can be configured globally in the DPCalendar options or per menu item. If the value is empty in the menu item, then it will be inherited from the global options.

Status [Type: ]

The following options are available:

Active
Inactive
Tickets reviewed
Confirmed
On hold
Invited
Cancelled
Refunded
Waiting
Checked in
Trashed

Ordering [Type: List] [Default: Name ascending]

Ordering of tickets in the table.
The following options are available:

Name ascending
Name descending
Date ascending
Date descending

Content Before [Type: Textarea]: This text will be displayed before the component output (can contain HTML and supports content plugins).

Content After [Type: Textarea]: This text will be displayed after the component output (can contain HTML and supports content plugins).

Custom CSS [Type: Textarea]: Custom CSS code which will be added to the HTML document.
