The media action plugins are adding image manipulation functionality while editing it in the Joomla media manager. When the editor edits an image, Joomla loads in the background the image editing plugins and displays each plugin and its options in a separate tab.
The installation works like any other Joomla extension, it's a three step process:
The plugins can be configured and enabled/disabled in the back end plugin manager. There you will find also some preset settings.
