Easy administration

A default responsible can be defined per category. Like that your customers will always have a person which takes care of their issues. The due date defines the date where all cases in this category will be solved. This is useful when you want to use a category as a milestone.

Types

Every case can have a type which can be administrated in the back end.

State

A state defines if the case is closed or still active.

Avatars

Avatars are displayed from Gravatar.

Multilanguage

DPCases is fully translatable and every category or case can be assigned to its own language.

Native Joomla

Uses the core Joomla language features to support your multilingual website.

Overrides

Every string in Joomla is translated and can be overridden in the language manager.

Transifex

Translations are managed on transifex.

ACL

Through permissions you can define per category who can do what. Read logic is implemented through access levels.

Joomla

We are as close as possible to the core, so it is logicly that we use the core permissions and access level feature.

User groups

The permissions and access levels can be set per user group.

Inheritance

The permissions are inherited, means you can even define for one user group and all sub groups will inherit.

DPCases is available by subscription. Please take a look at the table below for the available subscription packages and prices. Once you have chosen the most suitable subscription package, please click on the relevant corresponding ‘order’ button.

You can select from four packages: Standard, Professional and Premium. You will be asked to input your login details and will then be forwarded onto the checkout page where you can make the payment and sign up for the subscription. Once your order is completed, you will have access to the download section of the site, the forums and the support ticket system.
