Please post here your refund requests. It is advisable that you set the Access property of the case to "Staff" that only members of the staff from Digital Peak can see the requests. Don't forget to post the Paypal/Stripe transaction ID and a short statement why you want to get the refund.

Please keep in mind that we do NOT issue refunds only on the first subscription and if the payment was made more than 30 days ago, as stated in our refund policy.
