You can select from four packages: Standard, Professional and Premium. You will be asked to input your login details and will then be forwarded onto the checkout page where you can make the payment and sign up for the subscription. Once your order is completed, you will have access to the download section of the site and our support case management tool.

The free packages are fully functional but have a limited feature in comparison to the professional versions. Have a look on the pricing details for more details. - What means the duration of support and downloads?
The duration means that in this time you can download the software and updates (including major releases). - How can I create an account?
On your first purchase, you will be guided to create an account. After the account is completed then you will be forwarded to the payment processor. - What happens when my subscription expires?
When your subscription expires, your installed extension will still work as before, no changes. However, you will no longer have access to the download area, the support case management tool or other subscriber areas of the Digital Peak website. - How do I renew my subscription?
Just order the same subscription. If you renew your subscription before it expires you will get 20% discount. - How do I upgrade my subscription?
Just order the new subscription and your remaining days of the old subscription will be subtracted from the price of your new subscription. - I can't use the software (refund)?
Normally this wont happen :-) We have a 30 day money back guarantee asking you only one question (what happened?). This means we will give you your money back within 30 days after purchase without any hassle. Please read our "Terms and License" for more details. - Does our software do any "Call home" for license checking?
No. Our Joomla extensions do not make any 'home' call to our server or any other server.
