Introduction

The task plugin offers the possibility to run some background tasks through the core Joomla task scheduler.

Task: Sync invoices

The sync invoices task activates all bookings when their bexio invoices have the status paid.

The admin can define the following options in the parameters of the task:

• API token:
  The API token to authenticate the API requests. More information can be found in the Getting started article.

Task: Sync contacts

The sync contacts task updates the local users with the information from bexio. If you want the opposite direction, use the User plugin instead.

The admin can define the following options in the parameters of the task:

• Prename field:
  The custom field which holds the prename information.
• Street field:
  The custom field which holds the street information.
• Postcode field:
  The custom field which holds the postcode information.
• City field:
  The custom field which holds the city information.
• Country field:
  The custom field which holds the country information.
• Salutation field:
  The custom field which holds the salutation information.
• API token:
