Refund Policy

With all NEW (new means with your first subscription, renewals will not be refunded, because you should know what you do when you renew) purchases of subscriptions and services we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase then you can request a refund at any time within 30 days of your purchase.

If you feel you require a refund (e.g. you wish to use our money back guarantee, the order was made by mistake or the product was not suitable) you may request the refund by contacting us. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason.

If a refund is approved, depending upon how you made the original payment, your refund will be credited to your PayPal account or to your credit/debit card.

Under almost any circumstances, we will not provide a refund after 30 days have passed from the order date.


Your membership grants you the rights to download the products as often as desired within the Membership period and to get support for them on our case management tool. For example, a 1 year membership entitles you to download the products an unlimited number of times within 1 year. If you renew your subscription, you are entitled to download the products for another year. Even after your membership expires, you may continue to use the products. Thus, the products are not time-limited. Memberships can not be transferred without permission of Digital Peak Technology.


Every customer with an active subscription has access to the support case tool which is our primary troubleshooting and issue platform. There you will find also known and solved bugs and release schedules as well.

Monday till Friday from 7:00 (7:00 am) till 17:00 (5:00 pm) GMT

As we are mainly located in Switzerland we respect the Public Swiss holidays.

We are NOT providing support on our social media platforms, through the contact forms or any other channel where you can contact us. Only the case management tool can be used for support!
