Introduction

To get started with DPCases, go through the following steps:

1. Install the extension suite
   Download the latest version of the Joomla management tool DPCases, to your chosen location on your hard drive (for example, Program Files). Next, go to your Joomla back end administration area and install the whole suite via Extensions -> Install/Uninstall. Now the DPCases component and the content and search plugin are installed.
2. Check plugin state
   Go to Extensions -> Plugin Manager and click on the DPCases content plugin and set the setting Enabled to Yes. Do the same for the search plugin.
3. Create Menu entries
   Go to Menus -> Main Menu -> Add new Menu Item and select DPCases as menu item type and the Category as view.
4. See how it works
   Got to your web sites front end and create a first case.
5. Configure the component options Click on Components -> DPCases -> Options and configure the component to your needs.
