New major version 1.3 of DPCases where we integrated version history for cases.

Release notes

• Added version history support for case editing
• Showing the id in titles on the front

• Sending every notifications to the super admins only instead of the 

  staff
• Fixed pagination problem on Joomla 3.2
• Fixed to hide the buttons problem because of backward incompatibility on 

  Joomla 3.2

• If a filter is set it will be highlighted in category view
• As default search in all cases
• Added responsible editing on case view
• Frontend editing of comments
