Release information

This is a new big major version of DPCalendar. We introduced some of the most requested features like payment gateways and unlimited external calendars. At the same time we removed some legacy features from the early ages of GCalendar. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!

Pleas READ the upgrade guide carefully if you update from the DPCalendar 3.x series.
